Robin founded rwLaw in 2009, following more than a decade at law firms in London and the South East. She qualified as a solicitor in 1997, having trained at Stewarts Solicitors (now Stewarts Law LLP).
Robin advises employers, employees, professional firms and senior executives, including clients based in Europe and the United States on English employment law. Her work includes sensitive executive departures, high-value settlement negotiations, whistleblowing and discrimination claims, TUPE, restructuring and employment litigation.
She also advises on disciplinary and grievance matters, and has worked with clients across financial and professional services, manufacturing, food production, hospitality and care homes.
Robin is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
