Christopher advises employers and employees on employment law matters including disciplinaries and grievances, redundancies and restructuring, senior exits, employment contracts and settlement agreements.
He also acts in employment tribunal claims, including discrimination and unfair dismissal, advising on early resolution where that serves the client's interests.
He has advised employers and employees across retail, hospitality, professional services, technology, the arts, PR and manufacturing, from start-ups to the UK subsidiaries of multinational groups.
Christopher studied Modern Languages (Spanish and Portuguese) at Trinity College, Oxford, where he was awarded a Chadwick Exhibition for academic merit, and gained a Distinction on the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law. He is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
