Christopher is a specialist employment lawyer based in our London office. Since qualifying in 2018, he has guided both employers and employees through a broad range of complex and often sensitive workplace issues—he is recognised for his ability to keep clients grounded and focused during high-stakes and often challenging negotiations.

Christopher’s practice spans the full range of employment law. He advises on disciplinary and grievance procedures, redundancies, business restructures and senior exits. He also represents clients in employment litigation, including discrimination and unfair dismissal claims, with deep expertise in Employment Tribunal procedure and strategic dispute avoidance.

He is adept at drafting and negotiating employment contracts and settlement agreements, and works with clients across diverse sectors such as retail, professional services, public relations (PR), and manufacturing—from agile start-ups to multinational organisations.

A member of the Employment Lawyers Association (ELA), Christopher is known for providing clear, practical advice with a supportive and reassuring approach, helping clients feel informed and confident throughout their case.

He studied Modern Languages (Spanish & Portuguese) at the University of Oxford, graduating in 2011, before earning a Distinction in the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, Bloomsbury, in 2016.
