rwLaw is a specialist employment law practice founded by me, Robin Williams, in 2009. I am a solicitor with over a decade of experience working for firms in London and the South East, working for companies both large and small, as well as for individual clients.

My core belief is that the best way to solve a problem is to prevent it from happening in the first place. And prevention is so much less expensive.

Yes, the law is a minefield and a tremendous burden for businesses to bear, but the intent is to provide a framework in which good working relationships can flourish. My job is to help employers and employees come together to create a framework that suits their business and leads to lasting harmony.
