We also help individual clients who may run into trouble, whether they are in dispute with their employer over wrongful dismissal or discrimination, or who have been made redundant and need help negotiating the customary compromise agreement at the termination of their employment.

I started rwLaw in 2009 after over a decade of experience working for firms in London and the South East. I am based in Horsham, West Sussex, but I have clients all over the UK as well as in Europe and the United States.

My philosophy is that the best, and least expensive, way to solve a problem is to prevent it from happening in the first place.
